After years of working in the Major League Baseball industry as a Photo Editor and later, a Baseball Glove Craftsman, Paul followed his dreams and desire for independence to create Leather Head Sports. Leather Head sports balls are handcrafted in a small suburban workshop in Glenrock, NJ. But don't let the size of the operation fool you. Through the years, Paul and his team have perfected the art of leather sporting goods, gaining customers like Shinola and Crate & Barrel. Leather Head's products have also been featured in the likes of the Wall Street Journal, GQ, Esquire, and many other major publications.
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Paul ran into a critical issue that was greatly impacting his business. This was the sourcing of the rubber bladders found in Leather Head products, a necessity for production. The team at Siem Global Logistics stepped in to assist Paul and were able to solve his logistics issues. The SGL Shanghai team, consisting of highly specialized commercial, operations, and customer service personnel, were able to use their long-standing relationships in the Pacific to source and deliver the materials needed for Paul's business.
